The applicant should also be awarc that a <br />rezoning must be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />F�. Proposed plans (1 copy), including site plan, are required. In addition, a landscape plan, <br />��rading and drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials may also be required if deemed necessary by the Community Development <br />Department.
