- --
6. Certainly the failure of the City of Roseville to accept our request for a lot-split
.. and to grant the necessary variance would be not only a reversal of 20 years of
consistent policy but would also create a significant financial hardship and the
appearance of unfair, unequal and inconsistent application.
7. According to the City of Roseville Analysis map 4 single family residences have
already been constructed on the 7 substandard lots including one residence to my
immediate south and one residence 2 lots to my north. In addition the City has
approved the lot-split and variance of a`" lot, that lot to my immediate north.
The only remaining lot-split not accepted o the 7 was 2 lots to my south where
apparently the owner failed to comply with any of the City requirements to
complete the split.
8. The 2 separate parcels following the split, though substandard by definition
would still be sufficient and desireable and consistent with the recent
development in this attractive part of Roseville.
I appreciate the Planning Commissions and the City Councils consideration of our
reasonable request.
Sincerely,
Curt and Kim Brown
1754 Alta Vista Drive
Roseville MN 55113
