-.., <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21S` day of May 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Kough, Ihlan, Pust and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10509 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING 10 MINNESOTA STATE FAIR <br />PARK-AND-RIDE LOTS FOR OPERATION DURING THE <br />ANNUAL MINNESOTA STATE FAIR (PF07-017) <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Fair has requested an AMENDED INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT to allow the inclusion of two additional park and ride facilities into their existing <br />1NTRIM USE PERMIT; and <br />WHEREAS, the 8 existing park and ride facilities (lots) are located at the following <br />properties: <br />Bethany Baptist Church, 2025 Cleveland Avenue <br />Church of Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview Avenue <br />Grace Church of Roseville, 1310 County Road B2 <br />Roseville Covenant Church, 2865 Centennial Drive <br />Roseville Area High School, 1238 —1240 County Road B2 <br />St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 1660 County Road B <br />The Church of St. Rose, 2048 Hamilne Avenue <br />Centennial United Methodist Church, 1525 County Road C2. <br />WHEREAS, the two sites to be included are North Como Presbyterian Church, 965 <br />Larpenteur Avenue and Calvary Baptist Church, 2120 Lexington Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />AMENDED INTERIM USE PERMIT request by the Minnesota State Fair on May 2, 2007, <br />recommending (7-0) approval subject to amended conditions; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by the Minnesota State Fair for an AMENDED INTERIM USE PERMIT allowing <br />the inclusion of North Como Presbyterian Church and Calvary Baptist Church as park and ride <br />lots during the 10 day Minnesota State Fair; and <br />
