The new <br />sites include North Como Presbyterian Church at 965 Larpenteur Avenue and Calvary <br />Church at 2120 Lexington Avenue. If approved, the total number of residential park and <br />ride lots in Roseville will increase to 10. <br />PROJECT REVIEW TIMELINE <br />Application Submitted and Determined Complete: March 19, 2007 <br />60-Day Review Deadline: May 18, 2007 Project <br />Project Report Recommendation: May 2, 2007 <br />60-Day Review Extension: May 11, 2007 (from May 18 to July 17) <br />Anticipated City Council Action: May 21, 2007 <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />18 2.1 On May 2, 2007, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />19 the State Fair request. The Commission, after taking testimony from neighbors of both <br />20 proposed park and ride lots, recommended approval an amended INTERIM USE <br />21 PERMIT for the Minnesota State Fair, subject to revised conditions. The Roseville <br />22 Planning Division concurs with the Commissions recommendation. <br />23 3.0 SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />24 3.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING an INTERIM USE PERMIT for the <br />25 MINNESOTA STATE FAIR, with conditions (see Section 7 for detailed action). <br />PF07-017_RCA_052107.doc Page 1 of 6 <br />
