1 i
' •
When a property is developed and/or rezoned, it is not unusual for the dedication of
easements or rights-of-way to be required as a condition of approval.
o Stafis conclusion that the proposal does not meet the design standards anticipated in our PUD
requirements, Twin Lakes Business Park Master Plan and Twin Lakes Design Principles.
The Roseville staff has a number of resources to reference in determining whether a
given proposal meets the quality of design anticipated, and in most cases required, by the
community. Among these resources in the Twin Lakes area are the Twin Lakes Business
Park Master Plan and Twin Lakes Design Principles in addition to other Zoning
Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan requirements. Based on our meeting yesterday, I am
hopeful that you and your design team are able to submit a site plan which better meets
the design standards established in these documents.
The Roseville Planning Commission's next meeting is set for June 6. Assuming that the Planning
Commission considers your application on that date, the City Council would likely consider your
application(s) on either July 9 or July 23.
Finally, I hope this letter provides clarity on the status of your land-use applications. Please direct any
questions regarding this letter or the project in general to me. I can be reached at (651) 792-7071 or
jolln.stark a,ci.roseville.mn.us.
Sincerely,
John Stark
Community Development Director
City of Roseville Community Development Department
2660 Civic Center Drie ❖ Roseville,'.VLinnesota 55113
61-79?-ROS ti• "1'DD 61-79?-7399 •:• «ti--.ci.rosc-ille.mn.us
