Among these resources in the Twin Lakes area are the Twin Lakes Business
Park Master Plan and Twin Lakes Design Principles in addition to other Zoning
Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan requirements. Based on our meeting yesterday, I am
hopeful that you and your design team are able to submit a site plan which better meets
the design standards established in these documents.
The Roseville Planning Commission's next meeting is set for June 6. Assuming that the Planning
Commission considers your application on that date, the City Council would likely consider your
application(s) on either July 9 or July 23.
Finally, I hope this letter provides clarity on the status of your land-use applications. Please direct any
questions regarding this letter or the project in general to me.
