Council on Septembei 24, 2007, and continued between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota municipal corporation (herein referred to as "CITY"), and G& K Properties, 7195 137'� Street North, Hugo, Minnesota 55038 (hereinafter assuming the title of "DEVELOPER"). 1.0 EffecNve Date of Agreement This agreement shall be effective upon completion of the following: 1) passage and publication of Ordinance # 1225 (Rezoning of Property to PUD); 2) publication of the ordinance in the CITY's official newspaper; 3) execution of this agreement by the CITY and the DEVELOPER; and 4) recording of this agreement with Ramsey County. 2.0 Request for Planned Unit Development Approval The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a multi-tenant Planned Unit Development (PUD) (PF#3077) that provides renovation and additions totaling 4,516 squaze feet for the office, retail and laboratory facility.
