I had been repeatedly informed that the tax <br />delinquent status of the property prevented the zoning document from being recorded; while tax <br />delinquent properties may not be transferred, your PUD Agreement does not transfer ownership <br />of the property and the Agreement was accepted for recording once the Ramsey County staff was <br />made aware of this fact. <br />Now that the amended PUD Agreement has been properly recorded, it was sent back to me. The <br />original recorded document will be kept among the Community Development Department <br />records, but I've enclosed a copy for you to keep with your records.
