-� � <br />9.1 General Development Standards. The certificate of survey, site development plan, landscape <br />plan, grading and utility plan, building elevations, development schedule, and final land use <br />designations shall be part of the standards for development of the L.J. Olson Heritage LLC <br />PUD. <br />9.2 Permitted Uses. The permitted uses of property within the PUD shall be limited to the <br />development/redevelopment of the site into a 10,916 square foot (including a 2,400 square <br />foot storage only area in the basement) commercial structure. The parcel/redevelopment shall <br />be restricted to the parameters specified in the site development/landscape plan, building <br />elevations, and supporting documents submitted by the DEVELOPER.
