I wrote to you <br />on March 28 and December 4, 2008 and again on January 7, 2009 seekin� your cooperation in <br />signing the amended PUD Agreement, which you did sign on February 5` of this year. Then, to <br />officially validate the amended PUD Agreement, I sent it to the Ramsey County Recorder, only <br />to learn that the document would not be accepted and recorded until the delinquent taxes on the <br />property had been paid. I sent another letter to you on July 9t" of this year requesting your <br />cooperation in this matter; because I have not heard from you and, as of mid-September, Ramsey <br />County confirmed that you had not paid (or made adequate arrangements to pay) the delinquent <br />taxes on the subj� ,' �r�nerty such that they would accept the amended PUD Agreement to be <br />recorded, it appe -� '� ^; heen done to address the issue.
