One member of the public was present and expressed some concern pertaing to the <br />potential for increased traffic and parking problems that could arise as the salon business <br />grows. The Planning Commission voted'unanimously (7-0) to recommend approval of <br />the requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. Community Development staff concurs <br />with the Planning Commission recommendation to approve the request; see Section 7 of <br />this report for the detailed recommendation. <br />1� 3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />� G 3.1 Adopt a resolution approving the requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, pursuant to <br />2� § 1004 (Residence Districts) and § 1013 (Conditional Use Permits) of the City Code; see <br />�'�.
