-, ,,,, <br />� l/ <br />�\ <br />DocumentN 2037607 <br />Certified Filed On 05106120081600 <br />Registrar of Titles, Ramsey County, MN <br />Certificate# 542265 <br />1.1.4 377653GB <br />EXTRACT OF M.INUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVII.,LE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24'" day of September, 2007, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing; <br />and none were absent. <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />I :7 �L.�11 Aly��1]���CI���f:7 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1004.O1A4 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR MIKE <br />HEFFERNAN AT 893 COUNTY ROAD C2 (PF07-052) <br />WHEREAS, Mike Heffernan is the owner of property at 893 County Road C2; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Saint Paul Park ea N 330 ft of the E 1/3 of Lot 38 <br />PIN:02-29-23-24-0057 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to construct a 1,008-square-foot accessory <br />structure, which is a conditionally permitted use in the Single-Family Residence Zoning District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regazding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 7-0 to recommend approval of the request <br />based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated September 5, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on neazby properties and <br />will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfaze of the citizens of Roseville; <br />� i� <br />
