-� ,_., <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Mike Heffernan for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section <br />§ 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 1,008 square feet, and <br />pursuant to § 1004.01 A10 (Accessory Building Height), its wall height shall not <br />exceed 9 feet and its overall height shall be limited to 15 feet, as measured to the <br />midpoint of the slope of the roof; <br />2. No additional accessory buildings will be allowed on the property; <br />3. If the proposed building is, in the future, used in such a way that a driveway <br />would be required pursuant to § 1004.01 A 13 of the City Code, an approved <br />driveway shall be installed at that time, and such driveway installation shall not <br />cause the total impervious coverage to exceed 30% of the total lot area (about <br />10,680 square feet); and <br />4. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire six months after the City <br />Council approval date if the applicant has not received a building permit by that <br />time, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Pust <br />Ihlan, Kough, and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
