See Section 5 of this report for further <br />information and Section 6 of this report for detailed recommendation. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />3.1 ADOPT VARIANCE BOARD RESOLUTION 62 APPROVING THE REQUESTED <br />VARIANCES allowing the proposed residential construction; see Section 7 below for <br />detailed action. <br />4.0 BACKGROUND <br />4.1 Mr. Gross owns the residential property at 2613 Fry Street. The property has a <br />Comprehensive Plan designation of Low-Density Residential (LR) and a zoning <br />classification of Single-Family Residence District (R-1). <br />4.2 The property is 10 feet narrower and 900 square feet smaller than the Code requires. <br />4.3 The existing house on the property has a livable area of about 980 square feet with an <br />attached, single-car garage. <br />PF07-031 RVBA 071107 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
