--� <br />REQUEST FOR VARIANCE BOARD ACTION <br />DATE: 7/11/2007 <br />ITEM NO: 4a <br />Department Approval: Agenda Section: <br />TP PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Item Description: Kristine Simonson seeks a VARIANCE to §1016 (Wetland Setbacks) to <br />allow the improvement of an existing driveway within the required <br />setback fi-om a wetland on a residential lot at 2950 West Owasso <br />Boulevard (PF07-033). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br />1.1 Ms. Simonson seeks a variance to § 1016 (Wetlands) of the City Code to allow the <br />improvement of an existing driveway that is 10 feet (at its closest point) from a wetland; <br />this represents a 20-foot encroachment into the required driveway setback from a <br />wetland. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />• Application submitted: June 5, 2007; Determined complete: June 6, 2007 <br />• Sixty-day review deadline: August 3, 2007 <br />• Project report recommendation: July 11, 2007 <br />• Anticipated Variance Board action: July 11, 2007 <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION <br />2.1 The Planning Division recommends approval of a VARIANCE to § 1016 of the City <br />Code.
