Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plcm <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />request on July 11, 2007, recommending (6-0) approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br />subject to conditions; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by King of Kings Lutheran Church, 2330 Dale Street, for a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT in accordance with Section 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the <br />following conditions; <br />1. The proposed medialclassroom and storage addition shall be limited in size and <br />scope to the drawings submitted in support of the CONDITIONAL USE PERYIIT <br />and dated June 6, 2007. <br />2. The media/classroom and storage addition shall be comprised of similar materials <br />to that of the existing structure and consistent with Section 1010 of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br />3. Sewer and water utilities, grading, and storm water drainage plans for the site <br />shall be reviewed and approved by the Capital Region Watershed District and the <br />Roseville Public Works Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />4. The landscape plan shall be prepared by a registered landscape architect and be <br />designed consistent with Section 1010 of the Roseville City Code and shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the city priar to the issuance of a building permit. <br />5. The proposed accessory building shall be located in northeast corner of the <br />property (Option B) and include landscaping to soften the view from the north and <br />east. <br />6. All HVAC, power generation, and trash storage equipment shall be screened to <br />meet the requirements of City Code Section 1010. <br />7. The CONDITIONAL USE PRMIT shall expire 1 year after the approval date if a <br />building permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, <br />Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />� <br />
