_.. <br />0 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFOF:E BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 3-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 of the City code, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The driveway rnust maintain a side yard setback of at least 2 feet; <br />2. The impervious coverage on the property must comply with Code <br />requirements. "Chis may be achieved by expanding the pavement consistent <br />with the applicant's site plan, except that the 22-foot-long section of new <br />pavement in front of the garage would be reduced to 20 feet; and <br />3. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 month�s <br />after the approval date if a fence permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the: adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member poherty and upo:n vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Doherty, Gottfried, and Martinson <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
