-� <br />6.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />6.1 The Planning Division recommends APPROVAL ofthe INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />The IUP shall be limited to the tenant space addressed as 2581 Fairview Avenue. <br />Should Mr. Theobald desire to expand into other vacated tenant spaces, an <br />amendment to this PERMIT would be necessary. <br />b.
