.-� <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 5-foot VARIANCE to Section 905.03A of the City code, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />The proposed pool must remain at least 5 feet from the eastern and southern <br />property lines and outside of the existing sanitary sewer easement on the <br />property; <br />2. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a fence permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Martinson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Doherly, Gottfried, and Martinson <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
