A written narrative must be provided in support of an application for a Ylanned <br />Unit lle��elopment. rI'he narrative must fiilly describe the proposed development, <br />with particular attention to any modifications and limitations of the use that have <br />been made to insure its compatibilit,y with surrounding uses, the purpose and intent <br />of the roning ordinance, and the Comprehensive Plan. <br />13. Proposed nlans (1 copy), including site plan, are required. In addition, a landscape <br />plan, grading and drainage plan, and exterior briilding elevation drawings showing <br />building materials may a(so be required as deemed necessary by the Community <br />Development Department. The applicant must obtain a Notice of Land Use Application sign from the Community <br />Development Department and post the sign along the street in front of the Planned Unit <br />Development location.
