� <br />Sir/Madam <br />�"� <br />We are proposing adding onto our home at 362 Maple Lane Court. These additions <br />include a larger master suite bedroom with a porch below it. This will give us a bigger <br />bedroom with attached full bath and separate shower. We will be adding a main level <br />family room for entertaining. Below the family room will be additional garage space for <br />parking or storage. The deck will be torn off and rebuilt smaller. <br />The front of the house will get a portico. The house will also get all new windows to <br />match. The entire house will be re-sided. We also plan on adding stone to the entire <br />lower portion of the foundation and entryway. <br />These are major renovations. We are at a place where we need to make a decision to stay <br />or move. Right now our home is not how we would like it. The house is too small with <br />little to no storage and lacks design appeal. We Love the neighborhood and the street we <br />live on and Roseville has much to offer.
