<br />C-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular Minutes
<br />meeting of March 22, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />D. Consent Agenda
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that items D-1 through D-4 be approved. Consent
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. Agenda
<br />D-1 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the Parks and Recreation Department
<br />be authorized to submit a grant application to the Minnesota Department
<br />of Natural Resources for the Native Wildflower Restoration project at the
<br />Harriet Alexander Nature Center and to send a letter of appreciation and
<br />commendation to Mr. Paul Partridge for his generous contributions and
<br />personal efforts at the Nature Center. Mr. Paul Partridge will furnish
<br />matching funds of $7,021 with some in-kind labor support from the City.

<br />the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 26, 1999 to consider the Boating
<br />Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of Association
<br />ptacement of a water ski course and water ski jump on Lake Owasso. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />12/31/99, for Roseville Liquor, Inc. dba Roseville Liquor at 700 County Name Change
