J-2 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that George Wintz request for a recombination (minor subdivision) to attach a 35 foot wide by 703.76 deep or 24,642 s.f. parcel to the existing 211,476.02 s.f. vacant parcel north of 2507 Walnut Street North, be approved, subject to the following four conditions: 1) the parcel be accessed only from the east by rail spur, 2) any costs incurred with the spur access, including new rail over Walnut Street, be paid for by the applicant, 3) the truck bays continue to be on the west side of the building, and 4) the owner grant an easement for future transiUpathway use on the northwest segment of the parcel, as needed. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. J-3 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Midas Muffler request for a minor amendment to the 1989 Conditional Use Permit to allow renovation and the use of dark purple color for trim, red banding and awning with gray background, and white and yellow replacement signage on the Midas building and pylon located at 2168 Snelling Avenue North, with the signage to remain the same size or smaller, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. J-4 No action taken, applicant not present. O.
