The building was to be constructed of brick and have a <br />?� painted fascia of a different material, but a condition of the CUP approval specifically <br />?� prohibited the use of yellow paint on the fascia. <br />�-� 4.3 Then, in 1999, an amendment to this CUP was sought in order t�� repaint the fascia in <br />z� colors that reflected a corporate change in the Midas franchise c��lor scheme, and in <br />-c� approving the requested amendment, the City Council again approved specific colors. <br />PF07-019 RCA 050707 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
