� � � <br />� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 3�a day of January, <br />2007, at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Chair Boerigter and Member <br />Doherty. <br />Variance Board Member poherly introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 51 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1004 (RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR JERALD RONKE, <br />1311 RYAN AVENUE (PF07-003) <br />WHEREAS, Jerald Ronke has requested VARIANCE to § 1004 (Residential <br />Districts) to allow excess impervious lot coverage and an encroachment of the principal <br />structure into the required rear yard setback; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1311 Ryan Avenue, and legally <br />described as: <br />MIDWAY HILLS REARRANGEMENT OF GARDEN HILLS LOTS <br />EAST'/Z OF LOT AND ALL OF LOT 23, BLOCK 11 <br />PIN: 15-29-23-13-0045 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01 A6 allows impervious surfaces to cover up to 30% <br />of a residential lot; and <br />WHEREAS, Jerald Ronke seeks to increase the impervious coverage to <br />approximately 41 % of the lot area, a 900-square-foot variance; and <br />� -3 <br />
