Once divided as proposed, each lot would have a service line located
within the proposed property lines. The southerly lot (3077) will have 2 services into the property. One of these services
would need to capped at the main which is on the East side of Fairview.
There are 2 water services in to the parcel. These 2 services would connect the North and the South properties within
the proposed property lines. A new water service would have to be established for the middle lot. The watermain is
approximately under the West edge of Fairview blacktop.
3. At some point drainage would have to be addressed. The majority of the parcel drains to the proposed South lot (3077).
Dean Findell
Confidentialit Statement: lhe documents accompanying tlis traismission contain confidential intrivation diat is legally
privileged.
