Variance req'd?
- The middle lot has a rather large garage on it, will it be taken down? If not, a new owner might have trouble
fitting a house on it. Should show how a home can concievably fit, so that they don't come in later asking for a
variance.
- Sewer/water cross property lines? Should verify not.
- These sites have been used for outdoor storage of the owners business equipment, he should acknowledge he
knows this is not allowed and it will not ocurr.
From: Bryan Lloyd
Posted: Tuesday, September 07, 2010 12:59 PM
Subject: Minor subdivision at 3077-3091 Fairview Ave - Initial Review
This is actually one we've seen a few years ago. The property owner received approval for this very same
subdivision proposal (i.e., turning two parcels into three), but failed to finalize the documentation within the
Code-required timeframe. He's ready to move this time: here's the lan.
