In anticiparion of that meeting date, there are h��c> <br />things I'd like to have by r'�ugust 27th: first, I need a check (payable to City of Rose�ille) for the �250 applicarion fee; <br />second, if the informarion is available, I'd like the unpervious co��erage totals on the properties. <br />r�fter a quick series of ineasurements, it seems like the impervious coverage is below 30% on each of the properties, and <br />that the only apparent non-conformity seems to be the driveway encroachment into the required side yard setback on the <br />northernmost parcel. Because these are large, new parcels, it's unlikelj� that a variance �vould be approved for an <br />encroachment into the required driveway setback -- but this isn't an issue that needs to be resolved before an appro� al of <br />the proposed minor subdivision.
