� <br />0 <br />REQUEST FOR VARIANCE BOARD ACTION <br />DATE: 7/ 11 /2007 <br />ITEM NO: 4d <br />Department Approval: Agenda Section: <br />TP PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Item Description: Brian Nordling seeks a VARIANCE to §1004 (Residential Districts) to <br />allow excess impervious coverage on the residential lot at 1689 County <br />Road C2 (PF07-035). <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br />1.1 Mr. Nordling seeks a variance to § 1004 (Residential Districts) of the Ciry Code to allow <br />the construction of a residential addition; the proposed addition could encroach up to 1 <br />foot into the required side yard setback and increase the impervious surface area on the <br />lot by about 740 square feet for an overall total of 4,265 square feet. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />• Application submitted: May 30, 2007; determined complete: June 27, 2007 <br />• Sixty-day review deadline: August 24, 2007 <br />• Project report recommendation: July 11, 2007 <br />• Anticipated Variance Board action: July 11, 2007 <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION <br />2.1 The Planning Division recommends DENIAL of the requested VARIANCE.
