EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21St day of May 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR TO INCLUDE TWO ADDITIONAL PARK AND RIDE FACILITIES, NORTH COMO PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 965 LARPENTEUR AVENUE AND CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH, 2120 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF07-009). WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Fair has requested an AMENDED INTERIM USE PERMIT to allow two additional park and ride facilities; and WHEREAS, the two sites include North Como Presbyterian Church, 965 Larpenteur Avenue and Calvary Baptist Church, 2120 Lexington Avenue; and WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the AMENDED INTERIM USE PERMIT request by the Minnesota State Fair May 2, 2007, recommending (7-0) approval subject to amended conditions; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE the request by the Minnesota State Fair for an AMENDED INTERIM USE PERMIT allowing the inclusion of North Como Presbyterian Church and Calvary Baptist Church as park and ride lots during the 10 day Minnesota State Fair; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that all 10 park and ride facilities (Bethany Baptist Church, 2025 Cleveland Avenue; Church of Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview Avenue; Grace Church of Roseville, 1310 County Road B2; Roseville Covenant Church, 2865 Centennial Drive; Roseville Area High School, 1238 — 1240 County Road B2; St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 1660 County Road B; The Church of St. Rose, 2048 Hamilne Avenue; Centennial United Methodist Church, 1525 County Road C2; North Como Presbyterian Church, 965 Larpenteur Avenue; and Calvary Baptist Church, 2120 Lexington Avenue) be subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The hours of operation at each of the ten sites are limited from 8 a.m. to midnight during the 12-day Minnesota State Fair.
