E <br />Shoreview, MN 55123 <br />Dear Ken, <br />This letter is to confirm receipt of your Exhibitor Registration and payment of $175 for the l 2`n <br />Annual Roseville Home & Garden Fair on February 23, 2008 in the Gymnasium. This one-day <br />Fair will again be held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 Plvt at the Fairview Community Center. <br />Your registration indicates the following: <br />• One 8' x 10' booth with 8' high back wall and 3' high side walls that includes: <br />- One skirted table <br />- One chair <br />- One 7" x 44" sign (limited to one line of 271etters including spaces) <br />• You did not request electricity. <br />• You are not donating a door prize. , <br />• You are not interested in giving a seminar or demonstration. <br />• We did not receive your Certificate of Insurance (as indicated on the application). <br />Your booth reservation is not confirmed until we receive the Certifcate of <br />Insurance. Booths spaces are going fast so your prompt response is critical. <br />If any of this information is incorrect in any way, please call me at 651-792-7079. <br />Set-up of exhibits will be on Friday, February 22 from 1:00 — 5:00 Plvt, and on Saturday morning, <br />February 23 from 8:00 - 9:45 AM. All display materials must be removed by 5:00 PM on <br />Saturday. We ask that all Exhibitors remain at the Fair on the 23`d utttil Closing (3:00 PM), and do <br />not disassemble their booths or leave before that time. If your booth is disassembled prior to the <br />close of the show, you will not be able to register in the early bird registration process for the next <br />year. <br />We look forward to having you at the Roseville Home & Garden Fair!
