Adjacent residents were <br />present to address the Commission and staff reviewed and discussed a couple of <br />condition amendments. The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of <br />the PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT subject to the revised <br />conditions listed in Section 7 of the project report dated November 26, 2007. <br />21 3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />22 3.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING the Planned Unit Development Amendment and <br />23 by MOTION, APPROVE the PLANNED LJNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, for <br />24 Emmes Realty (Gateway Washington Inc., property owner) covering a portion of <br />25 for Har Mar Mall site (see Section 10 for detailed recommendation). <br />26 <br />27 NOTE: All traffic study information has not been included in this report.
