Such loading space shull be designed so us no� to connict with <br />movement of vehicular traffic to and fram parking areas. <br />Any commercial loading dock N�ithin three hundred feet (300) of a residential <br />district shall be completely screened by a wall, landscaped berm,.fence, or <br />combination thereof from an adjucent residen/ial area, from a point fourleen feet <br />(1-? % above the ground ax the loading area to a point five feet (S) above the first <br />Jloor (main [evel) of adjacent residences. <br />2.
