<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />ofRoseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 10, 1999, <br /> <br />commencing at 6:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel and Wall <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Wiski <br /> <br />then introduced the following written resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9654 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $147,457 GENERAL <br />OBLIGATION EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS (SERIES 1999) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> <br />Mastel <br /> <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
