� <br />7.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />._ <br />7.1 ADOPT VARIANCE BOARD RESOLUTION 73 APPROVING THE <br />REQUESTED VARIANCES to Section 1004 of the City Code to bring into <br />compliance the existing nonconformities at 3015 South Owasso Boulevard, based on the <br />comments and findings of Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report <br />dated November 7, 2007. <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS <br />8.1 The decision of the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
