The provision af all necessary and applicable easements (utility & drainage) <br />based on the final grading and drainage plan and/or those easements supported � <br />by Rice Creek Watershed and the Roseville Public Works Department — <br />easements to be recorded on fanal plat. <br />B. Mr. Mueller shall submit a Iandscape plan that includes the provision of <br />deciduous and coniferous trees on eaeh of the 4 lots. This plan shall also <br />include landscaping af the two biofiXtration basins. <br />C. The Developex shall install construction fencing approved by the City around <br />each tree or multiple trees at or very near the tree drip-line so that proper <br />measures are taken to presezve those trees indicated on the plan. <br />D. Park dedication for Oak Acres may be required consistent with State Statutes <br />462.358 and §1103.0? of the Roseville City Code. This item must be <br />addressed by the Park and Recreation Commission and supported by the City <br />Council. <br />E.
