3. A penalty of $100 per day will be assessed against the property owner for each <br />day the temporary living quarters are utilized after October 31, 2007; <br />4. The garage on the property may not be used as temporary or permanent living <br />quarters; <br />5. City staff will periodically inspect the motor home and the site to ensure that <br />utility connections and waste disposal practices are consistent with the motor <br />home manufacturer's instructions as well as applicable City Codes; and <br />6. All other uses and conditions on the property shall comply with the requirements <br />of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Pust, <br />Ihlan, Roe, and Klausing <br />and none voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />• � <br />
