. � • <br />�`J <br />� <br />Document# 4054318 <br />Recorded 0911212007 1600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />6.3.4 238939J <br />EXTRAC7' OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY C017NCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice; thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23`d day of July, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and none were absent. <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10524 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1004.O1A4 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR JERROLD <br />ZACK AT 2127 COHANSEY BOULEVARD (PF47-029) <br />WHEREAS, Jerrold Z;ack is the owner of property at 2127 Cohansey Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, the subje�ct property is legally described as: <br />SECTION 13 TOWNSHIP 29 RANGE 23, THE EAST 200 FEET OF THE WEST 1,475.7 <br />FEET OF THE SOUTH 125 FEET OF THE NORTH 400 FEET OF THE NOItTHWEST <br />QUARTE1t OF SECTION 13 TOWNSHIP 29 RANGE 23 <br />PIN: 13-29-23-21-0086 <br />WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to construct a 960-square-foot accessory structure, <br />which is a conditionally permitted use in the Single-Family Residence Zoning District; and <br />WHEiZEAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public heazing regarding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL LISE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request <br />based on the comments and findings of the staff report dated July 11, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rosc;ville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERI��IT will not adversely affect conditions on nearby properties and <br />will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br />----� <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
