� <br />Additional Rec�uired Information: <br />� <br />A. A written narrative, in support of a Conditional Use Permit application, is necessary. The <br />nanative must fully describe the proposed development, with particular attention to any <br />modifications and limitations of the use that have been made to insure its compatibility <br />with surrounding uses, the purpose and intent of the zoning ordinance, and the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />B. PrOpo.sed plans (1 copy), including site plan, are required. In addition, a landscape plan, <br />grading and drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials may also be required if deemed necessary by the Community Development <br />Department. Such plans shall be on 8'/z"x 11" or I 1"x 17" paper or in PDF digital format. <br />The applicant must obtain a Notice of Land Use Application sign from the Community <br />Development Department and post the sign along the street in front of the Conditional Use <br />Permit location.
