C� <br />• <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Jerrold Zack for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section <br />§ 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Pursuant to § 1004.01 A8 (Minimum Setbacks), the detached garage must be not be <br />closer than 6 feet from the principal building. <br />2. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 960 square feet, and <br />pursuant to § 1004.01 A10 (Accessory Building Height), its wall height shall not <br />exceed 9 feet and its overall height shall be limited to 15 feet, as measured to the <br />midpoint of the slope of the roof. <br />3. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 908 square feet, and <br />pursuant to § 1004.01 A 10 (Accessory Building Height), its wall height shall not <br />exceed 9 feet and its overall height shall be limited to 15 feet, as measured to the <br />midpoint of the slope of the roof. <br />4. The subsequent driveway reconfiguration shall not cause the total impervious <br />coverage to exceed 30% of the total lot area (about 7,450 square feet)). <br />5. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire six months after the City <br />Council approval date if the applicant has not received a building permit by that <br />time, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, <br />Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
