1. The garage must be consistent with the size and orientation proposed in the <br />site plan provided with the variance application materials; <br />2. The existing pavement between the southern property line and the proposed <br />garage must be removed as part of the demolition of the existing structure; <br />3. The existing storage shed must be removed from the property upon the <br />completion of the new garage; and <br />4. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a fence permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members ; <br />And Members voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />� Pagc 2 of 3 � <br />
