This pad shall be designed 5 feet from the south property line, 100 <br />4 feet from the north property line, 100 from the east property line, and 10 feet from <br />5 the west property line. <br />6 <br />7 11.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />8 BY MOTION APPROVE the request by Cent Ventures for a PRELIMINARY <br />9 PLAT, REZONING, and GENERAL CONCEPT PLANNED UNIT <br />10 DEVELOPMENT to redevelop the Xtra Lease site into a 123-unit hotel, per the <br />11 comments and analysis of Section 9 and conditions set forth in Section 10 of the project <br />12 report dated December 17, 2007. <br />13 <br />14 NEXT STEP: <br />15 The General Concept process is the first of a two step process.
