CONNOR PLAT, LOT 12 BLOCK 1 <br />PIN: 10-29-23-11-0016 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Setbacks) requires a 5=foot accessory <br />structure setback from a side property line; and <br />WHEREAS, the Livingstons seek build an accessory structure 1 foot from the <br />northern side property line, requiring a 4-foot setback vaziance; and <br />Page I of 3 <br />
