--� <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 4-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 of the City Code, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The size and location of the accessory structure must be consistent with the <br />survey dated July 10, 2007 and shall remain at least 1 foot from the northern <br />property line; <br />2. The proposed improvements must not cause the overall impervious coverage <br />to exceed 30% of the lot area; <br />3. Any expanded driveway must remain at least 2 feet from the northern property <br />line; and <br />4. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a building permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Boerigter, Doherty, and Martinson <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
