� <br />I / <br />-. <br />^ <br />Documentq 2037608 <br />Certified Filed On 05106120081600 <br />Registrar of Titles, Ramsey County, MN <br />Certificate# 542163 <br />1.1.4 3776531B <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ROSEVII�LE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 14`� day of January 2008, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Kough, Ihlan, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10589 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED CONDITIONAL USE PERNIIT IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR ROSEDALE COMMONS LP AND PETSMART, <br />2480 FAIRVIEW AVENUE (PF07-063). <br />WHEREAS, PetSmart (in cooperation with Rosedale Commons LP, property owner) has <br />requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow a pet and pet supply store within Rosedale <br />Commons shopping center; and <br />WHEREAS, the use, pet and pet supply store, requires a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />in § 1013.01 of the Roseville Ciry Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the accessory use, pet boarding and/or dog day caze requires a <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject properiy is located at 1800 Highway 36 Frontage Road and <br />legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Roseville Square <br />PID 09-29-23-13-OU33 <br />t l� <br />
