� <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1034 <br />-� <br />* ,r * • • � ,t * * <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 5.180 AND 100.030 AND ADDING <br />A NEW SECTION 145.35 SY PROVIDING FOR REDEFINITION OF DOG RENNELS <br />AND PROVIDING A NEW LICENSE CLASSIFICATION -- SPECIAL MULTIPLE <br />DOG LICENSES. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br />hereby ordain. <br />I. <br />Section 5.180 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />5.180. Doq Kennel. Any premises where three (3) <br />or more dogs over four (4) months of age are kept <br />except where a special multiple dog license (three (3) <br />or four (4) dogs) is issued pursuant to Section <br />145.135. <br />II. <br />Section 100.030 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br />hereby amended by adding subsection 49 to read as follows: <br />(49) Special multiple dog license $25.00 <br />III. <br />Section 145 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br />hereby amended by adding Section 145.135 to read as follows: <br />145.135. Special Multiple Dog License. Upon <br />issuance of a special multiple dog license, three (3) <br />or four (4) dogs over four (4) months of age may be <br />kept at a licensed premises upon compliance with the <br />following: <br />A. The filing of written approval of the <br />occupants of residential property <br />abutting the licensed premises. <br />s. The yard of the licensed premises is <br />fenced in such a manner as to restrain <br />
