� <br />Draft Resolution <br />.r. <br />Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 6`h day of February, <br />2008 at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Variance Board Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 75 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1004 (RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CINDI LINELL, 2028 <br />COHANSEY BOULEVARD (PF08-002) <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Linell has requested a VARIANCE to § 1004 (Residence <br />Districts); and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 2028 Cohansey Boulevard, and is <br />legally described as: <br />MCCARRON'S ADDITION LOT 13 BLOCK 4 <br />PIN : 13-29-23-24-0010 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Setbacks) of the City Code requires a <br />30-foot setback from a front property line; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Linell seeks to construct a principal structure addition 22.5 feet <br />from the front property line, requiring an 7.5-foot variance; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present <br />and support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City <br />Code; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
