"� <br />�"� <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />APPROVE a 7.5-foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 of the City Code, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The size and location of the proposed addition shall be consistent with the <br />plans reviewed with this application and shall not extend more than 7.5 feet <br />from the existing front building wall; and <br />2. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a building permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member poherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Boerigter, Doherty, and Martinson; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
