In reviewing
the status of the past year's planning files, it came to my attention that building permits have not
been issued for the garage and/or driveway expansion. This is important because the City Code
and Condition #3 of your variance approval stipulate that your approved variance expired on
October 6, 2008 if, in fact, you did not apply for a building permit before that time.
If our records are incorrect and you did receive a building permit for the expansion of your
garage or driveway, please call me before July 15, 2009. If you can provide sorne information
indicating that a permit was issued, that means your variance is still valid; if not, I'm compelled
to send the enclosed document to Ramsey County to officially terminate that variance.
Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call me at 651-792-7073.
Sincerely,
CITY OF ROSEVILLE
Bryan Lloyd
Associate Planner
City of Roseville Community Devetopment Department
2660 Civic Center Drive ❖ Roseville, Minnesota 551 13
651-792-7005 : www.ci.roseville.mn.us/development
