� Draft Resolution � Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 6`h day of February, <br />2008 at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: ; <br />Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 76 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1012 (GENERAL <br />REQUIREMENTS) AND §703 (REGULATION OF PUBLIC WAYS) OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR EMILY TAMURA,1000 WOODHILL DRIVE <br />(PF08-003) <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Tamura has requested VARIANCES to § 1012 (General <br />Requirements) and §703 (Regulation of Public Ways); and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1000 Woodhill Drive, and is legally <br />described as: <br />REILING PARK NO. 2 EXCLUDING THE EAST 12 FEET OF LOT 2 BLOCK 2 <br />PIN: 02-29-23-33-0056 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012A 1 B(Alternative Lot Requirements) of the City Code <br />requires a 5-foot principal structure setback from the side property line; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Tamura seeks to construct a principal structure addition 2 feet <br />from the side property line, requiring a 3-foot variance; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 703.04 (Driveway Standards) of the City Code requires a 5- <br />foot driveway setback from a side property line; and <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
