� <br />Draft Resolution `" Attachment F <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />� Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25`" day of February 2008, at 6:00 <br />s p.m. <br />a The following members were present: ; <br />s and was absent. <br />5 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />� RESOLUTION NO. <br />a A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />y WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CLIFFORD <br />� o AND MARYLIN SNYDER AT 2217 SNELLING AVENUE (PF08-004) <br />� i WHEREAS, Clifford and Marylin Snyder own the property at 2217 Snelling Avenue; <br />� z and <br />�s WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />�a Section 9 Township 29 Range 23 the N 80 feet of the E 328.83 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE <br />�5 1/4 of the SE 1/4 (subject to Highway and easement) in 5ection 9 Township 29 Range 23 <br />i s PIN: 09-29-23-44-0002 <br />�� WHEREAS, through the applicant, Steve Allen, the property owners seek to allow an <br />18 off-sale liquor store, which is a conditionally permitted use in the applicable General Business <br />19 Zoning District; and <br />zo WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />2i requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 6-1 to recommend approval of the request <br />z2 based on public comment and the comments and findings of the staff report dated February 6, <br />z3 2008; and <br />Za WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />r' 25 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on, or value of, nearby <br />26 properties and will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of <br />z� Roseville; <br />2s NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />29 the request for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section § 1013.01 of the <br />so Roseville City Code; � � . <br />� :p � � <br />. � . ��f° r.�_f,d �1J�„t ( � � y�B: �vt; � . . . . . �<i.. + � <br />� � e._. � <br />l ' <br />- sz The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />s2 Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: ; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
